Direction
Direction is telling people what to do and
seeing that they do it to the best of their ability. It includes making
assignments, explaining procedures, seeing that mistakes are corrected,
providing on-the-job instructions, and, issuing orders.
Elements of direction:

accomplish.

training activity in which subordinates are instructed to carry out the

should be in written form, particularly if it is of a non-routine nature.
